August 2013 Revision:

My official recipe is one banana (medium to large), 3-4 kale leaves (lachinto!!), 1 ripe mango (ataulfo, preferably), 1 cup of almond milk, and your preference of additional ice and water to get the desired consistency and temperature!  Never fails.  I sometimes add a teaspoon of spirulina (blue-green algae supplement powder) that really turns the concoction a deep green.  Great for visual shock value!
