Thank You, Cabbage (Tuna-Cabbage Salad Recipe)

This was a shock to me.  I like cabbage. And here’s how I found out: the Tuna-Cabbage Salad recipe from Week 1 of the Paleo Solution 30 Day meal plan .

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cabbage
  • 1 can of tuna
  • sesame oil

Steps

  • Shred cabbage
  • Add tuna
  • Drizzle with sesame oil
  • Mix

I found that I liked to add a bit of balsamic vinegar for a little “zip!”  A new favorite.

I used a head of cabbage and two tuna cans to make lunch for my wife (medium), my son (medium), and me (super large portion).
